MirrorWise Service Agreement

Welcome to MirrorWise! This agreement is jointly entered into by Human-Machine Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we") and users, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties in using AI dialogue services (hereinafter "this service"). Please read carefully; your registration, login, or use behavior shall be deemed as consent to be bound by this agreement.

I. User Qualifications and Usage Specifications

Age and Authorization

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with guardian consent (users aged 13-17 need to submit written authorization from a guardian). Minors using the service must have their guardians assume supervision responsibility.
• You promise to register with your real identity, not to buy, sell, or borrow accounts, and account ownership belongs to us. Accounts that have not been logged in for 6 consecutive months may be recovered.

Legal Use Obligations

• It is prohibited to use this service for illegal activities (such as fraud, spreading prohibited information), infringe on others' rights (such as plagiarism, defamation), or interfere with service operation (such as malicious spamming, attacking servers).
• AI-generated content shall not be used in scenarios requiring high accuracy such as commercial promotion or legal documents, otherwise you shall bear the risks yourself.

II. Content Responsibility and Intellectual Property

User Content

• You own the copyright to the text, voice, images and other content you send (hereinafter "user content"), but you grant us a free, non-exclusive global license to optimize services and display cases (which can be anonymized).
• We have the right to delete illegal content and do not assume review obligations. If disputes arise due to user content, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.

AI-Generated Content

• Replies, suggestions and other content generated by MirrorWise based on algorithms (hereinafter "AI content") are for reference only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, applicability or safety. We shall not be liable for losses caused by your reliance on AI content.
• The intellectual property rights of AI content belong to us and shall not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

III. Service Description and Limitations

Features and Payment

• Basic dialogue functions are free, while some advanced functions (such as long text analysis, customized templates) require paid subscription. Subscription fees and cycles are subject to page display, and no refunds are supported after activation (except for statutory exceptions).
• We may unilaterally adjust functions or charging standards, and will announce it in the App 7 days in advance. Your continued use shall be deemed as acceptance of the changes.

Service Termination

• If you violate the agreement, we have the right to block your account and terminate services without notice. After account cancellation, all historical conversations will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• If we suspend services due to technical upgrades, policy adjustments, etc., we will announce it 30 days in advance and will not be liable for losses incurred by users.

IV. Disclaimer and Liability Limitations

• Disclaimer: This service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee no interruptions or errors. We shall not be liable for service anomalies caused by network fluctuations or third-party failures (such as cloud services).
• Liability Cap: If your damage is caused by our negligence, the total compensation shall not exceed the service fees you actually paid within 12 months before the dispute occurred (or not exceed 100 yuan if no payment was made).
• Privacy Association: The protection of your personal information is governed by the MirrorWise Privacy Policy, please be sure to read it simultaneously.

V. Other Terms

Agreement Changes

We may unilaterally modify the agreement. Major changes (such as expanding the scope of disclaimer) will be notified through pop-ups and emails, and your continued use shall be deemed as consent.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in your location for litigation.
